Introduction

By inviting and using our bot, you automatically agree to our Terms of Service (TOS). Accepting Hue's TOS means accepting Discord's TOS and meeting all the requirements outlined in Discord's TOS. Furthermore, you confirm to have read and agreed to our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

You may not use the bot for any of the following reasons:

• illegal, harmful, or malicious activities

• exploiting or attempting to disrupt the functionality of the bot

• reverse-engineering the bot

Data Usage

Hues collects and processes data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

The bot is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind; we are not liable if there are any service interruptions or a serious loss of data. We do not take responsibility for any damages resulting from the ability or inability to use Hues.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict to access to the bot for any reasons especially when there's a violation of our TOS or the abuse of the bot's services.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time, users will be notified of changes through the relevant channels. Continued use of the bot implies acceptance of the updated terms.
